The Art & Science Of Building Relationships In The 21st Century

Over the last two years, I’ve interviewed dozens of the country’s top relationship builders and researchers. As I was exposed more and more to the newest research, I realized that how we build relationships in the 21st century will be very different than how we built them in the 20th century. In this keynote, I share what those changes will be, the implication of them, and how to prepare for them personally and professionally.

How entrepreneurship changed my life and how it can change yours

In this keynote, I talk about how starting a business when I was 16 years old changed my life. I authentically share the ups and downs of the journey with my most powerful stories, actionable lessons learned, and activities that help participants see how entrepreneurship is relevant to them. My story demonstrates how entrepreneurship can help people create wealth, live their dream lifestyle, make a positive impact in the world, and fulfill their most important goals. I speak honestly about the real challenges so aspiring entrepreneurs get a more holistic perspective and are aware of potential road blocks while keeping the energy in the room high.

How to create a meaningful life as an entrepreneur

If we’re not careful, entrepreneurship can look less like a dream job, and more like voluntary slavery. What starts off as a dream can end in unhealthy stress, exhaustion from overwork, and overwhelming debt. How? This talk shares how entrepreneurship has helped me spend more time with my children, create wealth, make a positive impact on the world, be a vehicle for self-expression, and a way to build a network of friends. At the same time, I share stumbles along the way where I took on loads of debt, missed important milestones in the life of the children, didn’t invest time into my personal growth, and unconsciously competed for respect rather than building a business.

Testimonials

Margaret Spellings,
Former Secretary of Education & Executive VP at the National Chamber Foundation

“The presentations to the National Chamber Foundation’s Annual Meeting from the participants of the Extreme Entrepreneurship Tour were informative and inspiring. Attendees of our annual meeting were thoroughly invigorated by the unique style used to share the message of free enterprise, and they now have a new understanding of how young entrepreneurs are making their business dreams into realities. It is commendable that a young group of business leaders is so adept at sharing lessons of success and failure to leaders of all ages in such a meaningful way. I look forward to working with you on future American Free Enterprise. Dream Big. events.”
