And I still feel it quite frankly. You know what fear I’m talking about. The feeling of impending comfort zone stretching, can I pull this off type of thinking? Except, it wasn’t really thinking. It was a very strong and gripping feeling.
I believe this is what the body feels, but I don’t believe that what I fear is real or ever is (except the 1% of the time I am in actual physical danger).
I congratulate myself! I’ve built a life where I’m FORCED to grow, FORCED to do things that make me uncomfortable in order to be the person I want to be and accomplish the things I want to.
